FAQ

Here are some of the most common questions about our service

Public social media (like Facebook or Instagram) is a great tool for marketing and reaching new people, but it's communication on a rented property. Some4us offers you your own digital home.

Large platforms are built to maximise advertising revenue and control attention through algorithms. Some4us, on the other hand, is designed to return control to you: you own the data, you set the rules, and you ensure that your message reaches 100% of your community without intermediaries. We do not replace public social media, but offer a safe and independent alternative alongside it for deeper interaction.

Your users already exist – they are your members, employees, customers, or partners. Some4us is not primarily a place to "shop" for new followers, but a place to provide genuine added value and a safe communication channel for current members. We assist with technical setup and integrations to ensure a smooth transition from old channels to your own, controlled environment.

With standard features, implementation is simple and fast. The service is available to the subscriber branded in less than a month. We are also ready to develop customized solutions that meet the customer's needs, which are defined and implemented on top of the standard features.

Before implementation, planning is needed on how the service will benefit the company or community. Every successful implementation requires a definition of what the goals are and how to achieve them. We assist at every stage from planning, implementation, to the continuous development of the service.

For the user, Some4us is typically free of charge. Unlike traditional social media, users do not "pay" for the service with their privacy or data. The costs of the service are covered by the organisation (such as a company, union, or municipality) that wants to provide its members with a safe and controlled communication environment. This ensures that power and ownership remain with the community itself.

Our pricing is very competitive. Unlike traditional social media, where you have to pay separately for the visibility of each post (advertising money), with the Some4us service, you only pay for the use of the platform. The cost per user is very low, and the price per user decreases significantly as the volume increases. It is an investment that pays for itself through improved communication efficiency.

No, the product and services are private.

Only if you decide so. Some4us is by default a completely ad-free and distraction-free environment. We do not sell advertising space or bring external content to the platform without your permission. As a subscriber, you control the content 100 percent: if you want to use the platform for communication with your own partners or sponsors, that is entirely possible – but the decision is always yours.

Yes, registration and login can be done using existing Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts, but it is also possible to create an account using just an email.

Yes and No. The content is entirely determined by the user community itself. If there is a desire to use content generated by artificial intelligence, there are no technical barriers to that. In future versions of the service, AI agents can also be used to produce content analyses, etc.

Yes. Content information for the service can also be produced through APIs. Content information can also be retrieved from external software via APIs, such as for reporting.
